A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. Reservations are confirmed on receipt of deposit of check or money order. (Sorry, no credit cards at this time.) Deposits are not refundable unless another booking is received for the same cabin for the same dates. However, your deposit may be applied to a future or earlier stay.

Check-in 4 pm and checkout 1 pm, or by prior arrangement.  Sunday checkout 4 pm by prior arrangement.

The Meadow Cabin is the most appropriate cabin for guests with children. Toddlers not permitted in The Lodge House, Chalet or Treehouse for safety reasons.

We have a no pet policy due to allergy concerns and the fragile,  quiet nature of the preserve.  However, if you are in need of a kennel, may we suggest "Mary's House", a pet bed and breakfast.  It's located at 827 West 21 Ave. Covington, LA 70433 985-892-6793.

Remember, all cabins are smoke free.  Smoking is permitted on screened porches and decks.  Please, no butts on the grounds.
